Description: The sign post feature displays signs. All signs are captured in a table and have a one to many relationship with the sign post that displays them. The relationship used the Facility ID to maintain the relationship. Sign Posts can be displayed in Cityworks and the Sign table can be populated and maintained in Cityworks. The sign post feature and the sign table were both created to aid in the inspection process. The FHWA established a compliance rule regarding sign reflectivity that must be met by 1/22/2015 for all traffic signs, including: white on red and black on white regulatory signs (such as STOP signs and Speed Limit signs); black on yellow warning signs; and post-mounted white on green guide signs (except street name signs). Compliance by1/22/2018 for all overhead guide signs and all street name signs.
